Worship
We begin our time together with music and singing - expressive, genuine, participatory worship to our living God. In the Bible, several methods of worship are described. These include singing, uplifted hands, shouts of joy, dancing, clapping, bowing, and kneeling. You may see some or all of these expressions during your visit, or you may see none. Every service is unique because it is Spirit-led. Sometimes worship can be low-key, quiet and meditative. Other times worship can be loud, enthusiastic and jubilant.

As worship wraps up, announcements will be given.
Teaching from the Bible
After worship one of our pastors presents a Biblical teaching, usually lasting 30-40 minutes. We value Christ-centered teaching that motivates by grace, not by guilt. We agree with what the apostle Paul told Timothy, "There's nothing like the written Word of God for showing you the way to salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. Every part of Scripture is God-breathed and useful one way or another—showing us truth, exposing our rebellion, correcting our mistakes, training us to live God's way. Through the Word we are put together and shaped up for the tasks God has for us." (II Timothy 3:16-17 The Message Bible)
Prayer
We always end our service with one last worship song and prayer. Usually, the pastor will invite people to come forward to receive prayer. This is completely optional, but please know that a member of our pastoral prayer team will pray for you personally. Just come to the front of the church at the end of the service and ask for prayer.
Kids in the service
Birth- 3 years old - Nursery services are provided for children from birth to three years old during the entire service. You can bring your kids to the nursery before church begins, check on them any time you like and pick them up when services are over.
3 years old-5th grade - Children in this age group stay with their parents during the worship portion of the morning. Kingdom Kids classes are offered during the sermon. There will be a short break between worship and the sermon. Just ask an usher, and they will be happy to help you find your children's classrooms. 6th grade and older - Kids in this age group stay with their family (or friends) for the entire service. Our Junior High Youth Group meets on Friday nights at 7:30pm. and our Senior High Youth Group meeets on Wednesday nights at 7:00pm. Dress
People at Christian Fellowship are very casual and real. You'll find people from every generation and from every walk of life. Wear your usual attire and you'll feel right at home.
